Terms of Service

1. The service

Listora provides a SaaS platform for running online stores, integrations with Shopify, Meta Business, Google, WhatsApp and other providers, performance analytics, and AI marketing tools.

2. Registration and billing

The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their registration details. Billing follows the selected subscription plan. The subscription may be cancelled at any time.

3. Acceptable use

• The platform may not be used for unlawful activity, deceiving consumers, or infringing copyright.
• The infrastructure may not be disrupted or overloaded.
• Authorization mechanisms may not be bypassed, and no attempt may be made to reach another merchant's account.

4. Third-party integrations

When a merchant connects an external service (for example Meta Business), they are bound by that provider's terms of service. Listora acts as the merchant's agent toward those services, within the access granted.

4a. WhatsApp Business - the Tech Provider relationship

Listora acts as a Tech Provider on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The merchant is the owner of the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and bears full responsibility for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Solution Terms. Listora supplies the interface and the technology only. The merchant confirms that they have obtained opt-in consent from their customers to receive WhatsApp messages, and that they act honestly and lawfully. Listora does not send messages of its own to a merchant's customers, and does not use WhatsApp data for its own commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Listora's code, design and content belong to Listora. Content uploaded by the merchant remains entirely theirs.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Listora is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or disruptions originating in third-party services (Meta, Shopify, payment providers and so on).

7. Termination

Listora may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms after reasonable notice, unless the breach is severe and requires immediate action.

8. Governing law

The laws of the State of Israel apply. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
